More than one way to remove moss from roof
Power washing a roof isn't the only way to get it clean
Our cleaning model is called “non-pressure roof cleaning” because we use a high-volume (7gpm) low-pressure (60psi) pump to spray a specially formulated mixture onto asphalt shingles or concrete tiles.
Unlike power washing a roof, our roof cleaning process kills the moss, mildew and mold without jeopardizing the integrity of your asphalt shingles or concrete tiles. The surface contaminants are fully treated, not just blown off with lots of water, or partially treated with a consumer-grade roof cleaning mixture.
We schedule a two week checkup after the initial treatment to ensure the first application was adequate, and address any trouble spots that will need either additional treatment or light brushing.

Roof and gutter cleaning go together
Because we are usually sweeping mold chunks off when we do our initial treatment, our roof cleaning service includes our full-service gutter cleaning.
We’ll clean out all your gutters, not just the problem spots. We’ll also rinse all the gutters and transitions to make sure water flows safely down to the storm drains. And, we’ll carry all the sludge off site (we don’t blast it out onto your lawn, like some of our competitors!).
